Awards: Medals will be awarded to
the top 6 in each event for boys and girls.
Seeding: All coaches must submit a roster to Meet Director Chris Callinan by the end of the day May 10th. Teams not submitting a roster via. the hy-tek system will be charged a $50 fee.

Do not send your roster via. hotmail because it makes the file inaccessible by embedding or distorting it.
The day of the meet coaches will receive a copy of their submitted rosters and cards for the meet. We will be using advanced seeding for the meet so, once you arrive at the meet, please turn in all athletes cards. This will allow the meet to run quickly and smoothly. For the field events, please bring cards right to the event area. Any card without an athlete’s number will not appear in the results.

Entry Fees: The fee is $6 per event per entry. All fees are to be paid or confirmed by voucher, by the start of the meet. No athlete will be allowed to compete without the entry fee being paid. Remember, this is an entry fee, not a participation fee.

Cancellation: The meet will run, rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, events deemed unsafe by the meet referee will not be contested.
